AGILE METHODOLOGY
Like its name, Agile project management methodology makes the execution of projects faster and easier! Within the stipulated time frame of a ‘sprint’, the work allocated to be executed within that ‘sprint’ is accomplished and made ready for review. ‘Agile’, being an iterative process, aids our IT team in making necessary improvisations and seamless upgrades. ‘Agile’ encourages and allows different stakeholders of the project- the IT team, clients, project managers and the management team to have a collaborative relationship, where outcomes and shortcomings are discussed, and a constructive consensus is built.
