AGILE METHODOLOGY

Like its name, Agile project management methodology makes the execution of projects faster and easier! In ‘Agile’ project management methodology, development and testing happen in parallel and go hand-in-hand. At MiraMed Ajuba, our IT teams utilize the ‘Agile’ project management methodology, to help break the different phases of our projects into smaller units called ‘sprints’, and work on them with unique approaches.

A classic ‘sprint’ at MiraMed Ajuba is the phase where our coders indulge in high intensity development. Within the stipulated time frame of a ‘sprint’, the work allocated to be executed within that ‘sprint’ is accomplished and made ready for review. ‘Agile’, being an iterative process, aids our IT team in making necessary improvisations and seamless upgrades. Here, at MiraMed Ajuba, we use the twelve principles of ‘Agile’ as a source of guidance in the handling of different phases of our various projects.

Some of the major principles of ‘Agile’ that we incorporate, as an organization, to amplify our productivity are:
